Miller Homes Scotland are one of the largest builders of new homes in the UK. They have been in dispute with one of their customers for over 4 years. This property, built by Miller Homes Scotland West, has been uninhabited as a result of defects and a dispute over how they should be repaired.

We made a few visits to the site as the development (1st phase) went up and were shown plans outlining street furniture, types of soft landscaping etc and all was well. We ended our rental agreement as we didn't need another six month lease and moved everything we owned into garages amongst friends and family.
